Then if we take a look at the tutorial for a game like Blub Emporium which came out recently that is an example of a demo done well that makes it easy to see the scope of this massive game in a controlled presentation. I think bad demos tend to be bad for developers, when you do something poorly it tends to be bad most of the time. I think most of the games I have tried demos for I have ended up purchasing and I thought Steam frowned upon constantly refunding games just to test them. This combined with Steam's generous refund policy has lead us to ultimately decide against having a demo for Brutal Orchestra.
